Submit your online application through the TRUE website or send an email with you resume, photo, and information about what kind of job you want. IE: Your education, age, contact info, nationality, date available, desired pay, desired location, what hours you prefer, etc. |

TRUE will place your information into our screening programs to analyze the most desirable positions for you. |

Next, TRUE will send the applicant an email about different job descriptions we have found to fit you. |

The applicant then reviews the recommended job descriptions. |

A phone interview will be set up with the director of any organization the applicant chooses as well as with another foreign employee at the company. |

The applicant and employee both come to an agreement of employment. |

A contract is sent to the applicant VIA email. |

Applicant sends the following required documents to TRUE English by FedEx or DHL only.
- BA or higher degree
- Official University transcripts in a sealed envelope
- Resume
- Signed Contract
- Photocopy of Passport
- 4 passport size photos |

TRUE English will then review all documents sent and transfer them to the business or school. |

The business or school will then file your information and documents with immigration as the sponsor of your working permit and visa. |

Next, the applicant will receive a visa issuance letter from their new employer. |
|

The applicant then has to submit the following documents to the nearest Korean consulate (If there are no consulates nearby, the applicant can fedEx the documents to a consulate).
- Visa issuance number
- Passport
- Visa application form
- 2 Passport size photos |

Korean Consulate will then return an E-2 stamped visa in the applicant’s passport.

Applicant will then follow instructions from TRUE regarding airfare (which will be provided) to arrive in Korea. |

| All the airline ticket processing will be done throughout the above process, so you can be ready to go when you receive you E-2 Visa. Once you arrive at Inchon International airport, a representative from TRUE English will be there to pick you up and assist you getting settled into Korea. |

| When the employer is in urgent need of a native English speaking employee and the employee agrees to start ASAP, TRUE will use an expedited procedure in which all the applicant needs to do is arrive in Korea on a tourist visa |

Once you have arrived in Korea with a tourist visa, your employer will process the E-2 visa application. |

 |
Once the visa letter has been issued, the employer will send you to the Korean Consulate Office in Japan. You will have to bring about a passport sized photo and all documents provided by your school. |

 |
Once you arrive in Japan, you should submit your documents to the consulate the day you arrive and your visa will be ready for pick-up on the following day barring any complications. |
